Fire grilled breast of chicken on a bed of linguini pasta tossed with sautéed vegetables in a rich Garlic cream sauce. Accented with Parmesan and Asiago cheese.
7oz beef tenderloin prepared medium topped with a forty creek whisky and pepper corn compound butter. Served with garlic smashed potatoes and market vegetables.
Classic Salmon Wellington Fresh baked Atlantic salmon with julienned Carrots, wild Mushrooms and Leeks glazed in a savoury Pernod herb reduction wrapped in a golden puff pastry, topped with a rich hollandaise sauce.
Served with a creamy Leek and Parmesan risotto and market vegetables.
